NATIONAL BREAST CANCER AWARENESS MONTH MAMMOGRAPHY SPECIAL
Oct. 1–31
Diagnostic Breast Care Center at Northern Nevada Medical Center
Vista Medical Terrace, Suite 115, 2345 E. Prater Way, Sparks (up the hill from the hospital)

Photo of a woman giving herself a breast exam
American women have a one in eight lifetime chance of having breast cancer. Nevada women are statistically less likely than other American women to take the healthcare steps needed to detect early breast cancer: monthly breast self-exam, annual mammography for women 40 and better and annual clinical breast exam. Help beat the statistics with regular screening! Treatment is most effective if the disease is diagnosed early. Northern Nevada is offering screening* mammograms at its Diagnostic Breast Care Center in October for the special rate of $85 in recognition of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Please call 356-5800 for more information or an appointment.
*Special rate is for self-paid procedures only. Screening mammograms are for those without implants or previously detected disease. Diagnostic mammograms also available; please call for more information.
