Northern Nevada Medical Center has a great atmosphere. I come from a close family. Three of us are phlebotomists, so I guess you could say this career is in my blood. I choose to work at Northern Nevada because of the family environment. We have a great relationship with each other as well as the nurses. When you have good communication between people who love what they do, everything runs smoothly. And that's important in a lab. We have the nicest patients here and they deserve the best!
