The NNMC Difference

10 Reasons Why You Should Make
Us Your Community Hospital

Patient shaking doctor's handWhy should NNMC be your partner in health? Let us show you. We offer:

  1. Comprehensive services. At our hospital, you'll have access to a wide range of innovative medical services, including interventional cardiology, neurology, wound care and much more.
  2. Personal, patient-centered care. At NNMC, you're not just our patient: You're our guest. Staff members and physicians treat you with the compassion, professionalism and kindness you deserve during a hospital stay.
  3. Comfort. We offer suites for family members of surgical patients. These connected rooms feature the amenities you need to feel at home, including a fold-out sofa, refrigerator and microwave.
  4. A quality, caring staff. The hospital boasts board-certified physicians, advanced technology, highly trained staff members and talented volunteers -- all of whom are committed to making NNMC your choice for quality healthcare.
  5. Privacy. Our all-private rooms offer more than just a great view of the mountains. Having a room to yourself may equal better rest during a hospital stay.
  6. Convenience. Free, ample parking is conveniently located right in front of the hospital.
  7. Speed. We have streamlined Emergency Department (ED) services so the average patient stay is only about 2½ hours* -- unmatched in our region.
  8. Satisfaction. The ED earned the highest possible patient satisfaction ratings from the Gallup Organization, ranking in the 99th percentile of Gallup's hospital database for the most recent available survey period.
  9. Coverage. NNMC accepts more major insurance plans than any other hospital in the region. This includes the Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield network, the region's largest commercial insurer.
