  • Ankle-brachial index (ABI) screening, followed by ABI test if needed: FREE
  • Body fat, blood pressure and fitness screening: FREE
  • Carotid artery screening: FREE
  • Carotid artery ultrasound (if needed, per screening results): $40
  • Electrocardiogram: $ 5
  • Lipid profile (cholesterol, triglycerides and HDL/LDL ratio): $20
  • Hemoglobin A1C (glycosylated hemoglobin), routine dietary screening for diabetes: $ 0
  • Complete blood count: $15
